September, 2009 has seen a new re-launch of BlogRelief.com allowing bloggers to write an article about their blog to increase their readership.  After all, bloggers want as many visitors as possible to read their content.  In exchange for allowing bloggers to advertise their blog, BlogRelief.com encourages a small donation to one of our chosen charities.  To make it transparent and show that all money is given to charty, we are using JustGiving.com.  The process to advertise your blog is simple:

  1. Register (this is free)
  2. Donate money via one of our JustGiving pages (not mandatory, but we do encourage it)
  3. Submit an article
  4. We then review and approve your article about your blog.

We ask for a donation (approximately £10) to one of our Charities for each blog article that is submitted.  Donation isn't mandatory, but we do encourage every member to donate at least something. A special mention is displayed for every member who donates at least £10.00.

We have fairly strict guidelines for our blog articles.  Please register (free) to for access to our full list of  guidelines.

Currrently we are supporting two charities:

  • Essex Air Ambulance
  • NSPCC

Each article is categorised in multiple categories.  Currently there are over 60 main categories and 300 sub-categories.

BlogRelief.com offers bloggers the following main benefits

1) Generate more traffic to your blog

How?  Well, BlogRelief.com is a content rich platform and noticed by the search engines, especially because BlogRelief.com takes advantage of several powerful search engine optimisation techniques.  So, over time, BlogRelief.com will increase in popularity with the Search Engines, meaning that more and more people will visit BlogRelief.com and read your blog articles - and if they are interested enough in what you are blogging about, they will visit your blog and hopefully subscribe to your Blog feed.

2) Provide your blog with many Backlinks within minutes

A good measure of popularity of a website is to count the number of links pointing to it.  So if you have a blog that has a handful of links pointing to it, and a blog that has thousands of links pointing to it, you can guess which blog is going to get the most traffic.  So how does BlogRelief.com help generate new link backs to your site?  Each of our categories has its own RSS feed.  RSS feeds are consumed by individuals and other websites.  So your content is displayed on other websites, including any links your content has back to your website (hence creating backlinks).

3) We Review Each Blog Article

We don't let just any blog article into BlogRelief.com - we have guidelines which we use to decide if the blog article is suitable - this is to ensure that the content found on BlogRelief.com is of a certain consistency and high quality.  Please register to find out more about how BlogRelief.com can attract new visitors to your blog.

We hope you like the new re-launched version of BlogRelief.com and please let us know any way we can make it even better.
